One of my favorite things to do is to run in the middle of a rain – preferably a rain shower on a warm day.  Yesterday was such a day.  Temperature was in the mid-70’s and it had been raining on and off periodically throughout the day.  My wife and I decided to go for a run in the middle of the afternoon when there was a small break from the rain, prepared with old pair of running shoes.  Just as we started running, the light rain that had been sprinkling us, turned into a torrential downpour.  Most of the folks on the Saw Mill River trail were rushing back to their cars to escape the rain, except for the two of us who were running away from the parking lot getting drenched.
